I am Kristen Thomas (She/Her), a psychotherapist providing therapy and counselling services in the beautiful Western Manitoba area.

I am the owner and founder of Silver Fern Therapy. I am a qualified psychotherapist within the Province of Manitoba and a Certified Counsellor of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
My Story
I am a Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I completed my undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice at Mount Royal University, and obtained my Master's of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. I completed my counselling residency at Valley Art Therapy Ltd. in Birtle, Manitoba, working with a diverse clientele from teens to seniors.
